For these birthday cards, I took a piece of vellum and marked it up with green, blue and yellow copic markers and then spritzed it with rubbing alcohol. I added some drops of other colors of alcohol marker refills and moved the colors around. Once happy with the colors, I dried it with the heat tool. I added a piece of the vellum to a piece of white cardstock cut to 3.75 x 5. Then adhered it to a 4 x 5.25 piece of cardstock, before adhering it to the card base. The sentiments are from Stampin’ Up Itty Bitty Birthday. One of the sentiments was cut with the Stampin’ Up Lovely Labels Pick a Punch and the other one was cut with Stampin’ Up Nested Labels die.
