Birthday card cas’d from Rochelle Blok of The Stampin’ Blok. Used shimmer paper for the base. I embossed the Stampin’ Up Stained Glass thinlits and then glued it to a scalloped circle. The flowers, which were colored with markers, and the sentiment, which was heat embossed, are from Stampin’ Up Painted Glass. The ribbon was a white organza ribbon that was colored with a marker. I finished the card with the three pearl like embellishments.
