Card for my husband for our 15th anniversary. I created it with Stampin’ Up Best Birds and Birch stamps, and copic markers.
Encouragement card created with Stampin’ Up Celebrate Sunflower (available in June) and Stampin’ Up Best Bird. The sunflower, leaves and bee was stamped and cut out after coloring with copics. I also stamped the sunflower and some leaves on the first layer to add to the dimension. I adhered the cut out flower, leaves and bee with dimensionals. You cannot see it in the picture, but I added clear Wink of Stella to the wings of the bee to give it a little shimmer.
Birthday card created using Stampin’ Up Big Birdhouse (bird house), Free as a Bird (bird), Best Bird (tree limb and sentiment) and Music From The Heart (notes). As I was creating this card, I just did not like it – wasn’t making me feel good. Then I decided to use the notes from Music From The Heart and the card came together for me.
Get well card created with Stampin’ Up Best Bird and SU Forever Blossoms. Also used were the SU Stitched So Sweetly dies and SU Cherry Blossom dies, I fussy cut the bird, and colored it with copics to look like a robin, I also fussy cut the Forever Blossoms, after cutting it out with the Cherry Blossom dies because I did not want the white border. The sentiment is also from the Forever Blossoms set and was cut with the Stitched So Sweetly dies. The second layer is SU Flirty Flamingo cardstock which was embossed with the SU Coastal Weave embossing folder. The first layer was created brushing distress oxide ink to give the look of a sky.
Anniversary card created using Stampin’ Up Birch background stamp and Crumb Cake ink. The birds and branch are from the Stampin’ Up Best Birds set, colored with copics. The sentiment is also from the Best Birds stamp set.
